Community Manager Calling all aspiring trailbrazers who want to join us on our mission to innovate the coffee industry
- About The Position
- A Community Manager is a liaison between the organization and the clients. This means that as a Community Manager you will be building meaningful relationships with roasters around Europe, communicating to roasters about the coffee producers and their coffee, and increasing green coffee sales. This is done by contacting them via phone, email, SNS, meeting them in person, or organizing cupping events.
- Your Responsibilities
- ●Plan and execute your sales activity based on the team’s KPI
●Actively contribute ideas for our European strategy. Being a new company means that we are constantly open to new and creative ideas, and are willing to make those ideas a reality!
●Contact or visit coffee roasters to expand the TYPICA Roaster Community
●Work proactively with an open mindset. As we’ve just launched, there are many tasks that are completely new and challenging. You need a go-getter attitude and be open to tackling any challenges!
●Team-oriented and actively contribute to the team. We are a small group that works closely with each other in order to fulfil TYPICA's mission as a team.
- Required Qualification
- ●Non-negotiable: English and +1 European language
●Willing to relocate after 1 year
●Experience in Sales
●Experience in the coffee industry or knowledgable about coffee (barista, roasting, cupping, brewing, tasting, etc.)
●Great communication skills with small multicultural team
●Eager to learn, trustworthy, responsible, enthusiast and an outgoing personality

Second year and onwards: Relocating to a European country of the language you speak. We'd like for you to become the key person in that country/region for TYPICA.
